*ENUGU SOUTH COUNCIL CHAIRMAN IN ILLEGAL LAND GRABBING*

There is  a saying that "when the righteous is in power the people rejoice" but reverse is the case for the people of Enugu South under the dictatorial leadership of Hon Barr Chimezie Robinson Nkwuo whose stock in trade is to intimidate his subjects coupled with non performing leadership.Since his assumption of office as the Enugu South Council Chairman,he has not done any remarkable nor legacy project upon all the monthly allocations he has been receiving from FAAC. Hon Chimezie Nkwuo acquired so many hectres of Ugwuaji Land to the former land grabbing Governor,Hon Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in exchange for his present council Chairmanship position and that made him untouchable during gburugburu's failed administration.When approached  to ascertain the reason for his low performance,he is quoted to have said that since the Captain of the ship is not performing which is Barr Peter Mbah, that he owes nobody the duty of performance,he also reiterated that Gov Mbah bought judgement with state funds.         Presently he is trying to replicate same with Hon Onyinye Ugwu from Akwuke,Awknanaw to trade their hectres of land for his second tenure bid through the Enugu state housing development corporation which he confided in a close confidant that he has sealed the deal with Professor Chidi Onyia,the secretary to the state government. According to Mr Emmanuel Ugwu from Akwuke ,this is already breaking their community into factions because he seems to have bought over a group of infidels from the community that are working with them.                                                      Our prayer to the people oriented Governor of Enugu state is to check the high handedness of Hon Chimezie Nkwuo being suffered by the good people of Enugu South and the constant dropping the names of our amiable leaders to justify his evil and corrupt acts.   

Furthermore, his obnoxious interference in Akwuke land in conjunction with Barr. Kenneth Nyama from Akwuke  with the promise that he ( Barr. Nyama

) will be in charge of the community land is gradually and currently sparking off a serious war in the community which will inevitably, cause loss of lives and property if this his malicious interference in Akwuke land, shabbily constructed auditorium cum nepotic ways of awarding contracts are allowed to stand.

The Enugu state government, leaders and well meaning Enugu state people are hereby pleaded with to show concern on this matter as if allowed to continue, may cause more harm than good to the people of Akwuke and Enugu state in general.
