DECAMP TO PDP AND FACE THE CONSEQUENCES: GROUP WARNS SOME ENUGU LABOUR PARTY LAW MAKERS AHEAD OF DECAMP RUMOUR IN ENUGU NORTH

One of the strongest good governance groups in Enugu north ;  Enugu north good leadership forum has issued a serious warning to some Labour party lawmakers who plan to defect from Labour party to the PDP in not up to a year of being elected into office. The group frowned at such unconscience decision and described it  as act of betrayal and ungratefulness.

According to the leader of the group, Prof. Dan. Agbo who spoke on behalf of the group pointed out that a lot of people almost sacrificed their lives, all their money and everything to make sure that the old Political status quo was eradicated in Enugu state but the same people who  were fought for ,are the same people who are planning to betray the masses. He further noted that not only that their seats shall be declared vacant in accordance with the law but they shall forever remain enemies of the masses .
However, the group made it clear that any Enugu north labour party law maker who joins in such act shall live to regret such step throughout his Political journey and shall be ready to face the wrath of such regrettable act. 
In the same development, the secretary to the group, Barr. Justice Eze explained that it is unfortunate that such act is coming from Labour party members who the masses believed had come to rescue the ugly situation but never knew that they are the ugly situation themselves but assured that whoever defects from the party as a law maker shall battle it with the youths of Enugu north in no distant time. In addition, section 109 (1g) of the electoral act made it  bluntly and specifically clear  about the punishment which awaits any lawmaker who leaves the party that gave him platform to win election for another.
