The labour party candidate for Nsukka local government Chairmanship election, Hon. Basil Ezea popularly  known as Energy has congratulated the Senator representing the good people of Enugu north  Senator okey Ezea on his successful and peaceful Thanksgiving ceremony held on the 6th of April, 2024. Hon. Ezea in his message, described Senator okey Ezea as  one of the right choices Enugu north People made in the last election.
He further noted that no Enugu north person is surprised in  the style of quality representation and leadership which the Senator has been demonstrating since he assumed office which is evidenced in his incessant zeal to protect the interests of his people. Hon. Basil further advised all Enugu north People to rally round the Senator in support for more works .
However, Hon. Basil used the opportunity to pray that God should continue to give the Senator more wisdom and strength to promote the interests of his people at all times.

According to eye witnesses, the incident happened at ugwuonye ama .  However, this is not the first time the particular road is wasting innocent lives but government is yet to respond to the construction of the road thereby becoming a death trap .
