Group threatens to protest over public insult against a house of assembly member in Enugu state

PDP NSUKKA EAST CONSTITUENTS THREATEN TO REVENGE THE UNWARRANTED PUBLIC INSULT ON THEIR LEADER HON.PIUS EZUGWU BY THE STATE COMMISSIONER FOR LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT, HON. CHIKA UGWUOKE.

A PDP support group known as 'Nsukka east prospects' has recently threatened to revenge what they termed as public insult on their leader who is a house of assembly member in the Enugu state house of assembly by the state commissioner for Labour and employment,hon. Chika UGWUOKE during the PDP's  local government chairmanship primary election. According to report, at the early hours of the day for  the PDP's local government chairmanship primary, hon. Chika Ugwuoke was reported to be opting for the election to be held at Chief Vitta Abba's residence while Hon. Pius was in opposition on the ground that it should be held at Adada hall. Later on the same day when the election was going on, hon Ezugwu reportedly stormed the venue at Chief Vitta Abba's residence and consequently started raising a dissenting voice on why the election should not be held at the venue.
However, as a result of that, hon. Ugwuoke who couldn't control his temper, reportedly landed three slaps on the face of the honourable member. Though, Enugu247 reporter gathered that people were pleaded with not to escalate it but eye witnesses especially those from nsukka east couldn't control their anger concerning the injustice given to their leader.
The group is currently threatening to take to the street in protest if nothing serious is done as  apology to their leader.
However, efforts are currently being made to get across to both of them for further reporting.....
@Enugu247.
