A man suspected to be involved in election rigging bangs appointment in Enugu state.

Mixed reaction in Enugu state as man suspected to have a hand in the rigging of Enugu state  governorship election results appointed P.A to the new acting VC of UNN.

Dr. Nnaemeka Ogbene, the returning officer for Nkanu East in the last election who was at the centre of controversy for allowing inflated results from Owo Ward in the last election has just been appointed as the PA to the Vice Chancellor of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

It was a sad day in Enugu state as a tanker carrying fuel fell and claimed at least fifty lives while hundreds were reportedly injured. Due to bad road in Enugu state, a tanker  carrying Petrol has fallen and claimed several lives of innocent people. According to eye witnesses, the incident happened at ugwuonye ama .  However, this is not the first time the particular road is wasting innocent lives but government is yet to respond to the construction of the road thereby becoming a death trap .
