Kidnappers strike again along Ugwuogo- Nsukka road .

Insecurity increases in Enugu state as kidnappers have taken control of Ugwuogo - Nsukka road. According to one of the passengers who used  the road on the 30th,March 2025 explained that at least 5 persons were kidnapped as the some  suspected  Fulani herders blocked the road and made away with those passengers.
The pressing issue is that no single security operative was spotted throughout the attack.
The passengers called on the state government to intervene on the high increase of criminal activities in the state .

Due to bad road in Enugu state, a tanker  carrying Petrol has fallen and claimed several lives of innocent people. According to eye witnesses, the incident happened at ugwuonye ama .  However, this is not the first time the particular road is wasting innocent lives but government is yet to respond to the construction of the road thereby becoming a death trap .
