Ibagwa Opi autonomous community was thrown into celebration as Mr. Ugwu Nnabuike ( Okwurora) was recognized and issued certificate of recognition by Enugu state government as the authentic President General, Ibagwa Opi autonomous community. The recognition has put to an end the disagreement that has decorated the newly created autonomous community over who becomes the PG. The recognition has also proved that the people's choice has been respected as Mr. Nnabuike is a man of jo has contributed immersely to the growth and development of Opi. However, many people have seen the recognition as a confirmation to his zeal and efforts towards the creation of the new autonomous community.
