Uche Nnaji others lament over delay in the Enugu Urban bye election.

Minister Nnaji, Hon Atu, speak on the Enugu South Urban constituency election as voting is yet to commence 

The Minister of Science and Technology, Chief Uche Nnaji and the Member Representing Enugu North and South Federal Constituency, Hon Chimaobi Sam Atu,  have called on INEC to open voting as eligible voters are on ground to cast their ballots. 

Chief Nnaji and Hon Atu who are both APC  Chieftains observing the election are insisting on free, fair and credible election.

As at 11:25 am, voting is yet to commence.

Recall that this is the third time a rerun election is conducted in 8 polling units with about 4000 registered voters. 

The Labour Party Candidate, Hon Bright Ngene is leading the PDP candidate, Hon Sam Ngene with over 3000 votes

According to eye witnesses, the incident happened at ugwuonye ama .  However, this is not the first time the particular road is wasting innocent lives but government is yet to respond to the construction of the road thereby becoming a death trap .
